1. Who processes your data

The data operator is ADK FISHING S.R.L., with registered office in Brașov, strada Serii, nr. 2, etaj 3, ap. 97, fiscal identification code RO52711456, registered at the Trade Register under number J2025079389009.

2. What data we collect and why

When you place an order we collect your name and surname, phone number, delivery address, email address if you fill it in, and for invoicing by company and company data. We use them to prepare and deliver your order, contact you about it and issue tax documents. The basis is the performance of the contract and, for fiscal documents, the legal obligation.

When you make up your mind we collect email address, password in encrypted form, names and saved addresses. We use them to give you access to your orders. The basis is the execution of the contract.

When you write to us through the contact form we collect your name, email, phone if you fill it in, and message. We use them to respond to you. The basis is our legitimate interest in communicating with you.

When you subscribe to the back-in-stock announcement we only collect the email address. We use it for a single message, and immediately after sending it we delete it permanently. The basis is your consent, expressed by the tick on the form.

When you leave a review we collect the name you choose to display and the review text. The basis is your consent.

When you use the site we collect technical data such as IP address and browser type for site security and abuse prevention. The basis is our legitimate interest. If you accept statistical cookies, we also collect data about how the site is used, based on your consent.

3. To whom we transmit the data

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. We only pass them on to those who help us do our job:

• the courier company, name, phone number and address, so that they can deliver your parcel;
• the accounting firm with whom we work, data from fiscal documents, for accounting records;
• the provider of the billing program, the data necessary to issue the invoice;
• payment processor Stripe, if you pay online. Your card data is entered directly to the processor and never reaches us;
• the provider of the email service and that of hosting the website, as part of the technical operation;
• Google, if you have accepted statistical cookies;
• public authorities, when the law obliges us.

All these providers process data on the basis of contracts and are obliged to protect it.

4. How long we keep the data

Order data and fiscal documents are retained 10 years, as required by the accounting law. The account data is kept as long as the account is active, and after its deletion, only the information from the orders remains, in anonymized form, for accounting purposes. Messages from the contact form are kept for 2 years. The address for the return to stock notice is deleted immediately after the message is sent or after 180 days if the product is not returned. Published reviews remain on the site as long as the product is listed. Copies of the emails we send you (order confirmation, order and account announcements) are kept 90 days, then they are automatically deleted; the exception is messages that could not be delivered, which we keep until the problem is resolved. Security traces (IP address and browser type from which a login was attempted) are kept 90 days; those documenting an incident, i.e. failed attempts and crashes, are kept 1 year, so that we can prove and investigate abuse if a complaint arises later.

5. Your rights

You have the right to ask us at any time:

• accession to the data we have about you;
• correction wrong data;
• deleting data, to the extent that we are not required by law to keep them;
• RESTRICTING processing;
• portability, that is, to receive the data in a format that you can use elsewhere;
• OPPOSITION to processing based on our legitimate interest;
• withdrawal of consent, at any time, for the processing based on it.

If you have an account, you can download your data yourself and delete your account directly from your account. For any other request, write to us at vanzari@dayko.ro. We will answer you within 30 days at most.

If your rights are violated, you can contact the National Supervisory Authority for the Processing of Personal Data, dataprotection.ro, or the courts.

6. Data security

The site uses encrypted connection. Passwords are stored encrypted and cannot be read by us either. Access to customer data is strictly limited to the store administrator, and access to the admin panel is protected with two-step authentication.

7. Children

The Site is not directed at persons under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
