ANPC
The National Authority for Consumer Protection is the state institution to which you can complain about a trader in Romania. If we cannot come to an agreement, you can write to them through the form on their website.
SAL
SAL stands for alternative dispute resolution: the procedure through which a disagreement between you and us can be settled without going to court, by a dispute resolution body in Romania. The complaint is filed with ANPC, through the platform below.
